The villa has three bedrooms: a master with a king bed, and two queens. All rooms provide lake and mountain views. The living area includes a flat-screen TV with streaming services, but note that the main lounge lacks a TV-only the kitchen/dining area has one. The marble bathrooms (2) feature a private entrance. Balcony doors are locked due to short railings, so you cannot access the balconies.
Self-Catering Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has all utensils, pots, pans, and a dining area. It includes a washer and dryer in the laundry for longer stays. There is no on-site restaurant; guests cook their own meals.
Hot Tub & Fire Pit
Outside, there is a hot tub and an outdoor fire pit-great for evenings. The villa has a fireplace inside. The terrace offers mountain views. Note: the balcony doors are locked due to code issues, so you cannot enjoy the balconies from the bedrooms.
Near Skyline Gondola
Edinburgh 3BR is 1.8 km from Skyline Gondola and Luge, 6.2 km from Queenstown Event Centre, and near Queenstown Hill, the library, and Queenstown Resort College. Queenstown Airport is 6 km away. Street parking is available, but the steep driveway on a busy intersection may scrape low cars-sedans or smaller vehicles may struggle.
